You have the right to request access to your personal data. This is commonly known as a "subject access request" and allows you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.

4. Right to erasure

Also known as the "right to be forgotten," you can request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as when the data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.

You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We do not currently engage in automated decision-making.

How to exercise your rights

To exercise any of the rights described above, please contact us using the details provided below. We will respond to your request within one month of receipt, though this may be extended by two further months in complex cases.

Data security measures

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest where appropriate
• Regular security assessments and updates
• Access controls limiting who can view personal data
• Staff training on data protection practices
• Secure backup procedures

Data breach notification

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you without undue delay. We will also report the breach to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, where required by law.

Data retention periods

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:

• Enquiry data: Up to 2 years from submission date
• Client training records: Duration of coaching relationship plus 7 years
• Financial records: 7 years from end of financial year
• Website analytics data: Up to 26 months

Third-party data processors

We may engage third-party service providers to process personal data on our behalf. All such processors are carefully selected and required to:

• Process data only on our documented instructions
• Implement appropriate security measures
• Comply with UK GDPR requirements
• Sign data processing agreements
